G Gundam: RYF - C6 - Reunion in the Rift

Back at the docks, the Alliance gathered together to wait for Domon and Allenby to return from their fishing trip. Rain joined up with Jess and Rav not too far behind them as they got by the spot in which Han docks his boat.

GEORGE: How long have they been out for?
JESS: They left at 6 AM on the nose from what Rav told me.
CHIBODEE: Best time to go out for fishing that’s for sure. I’ve done it before back on my cousin’s ranch in Texas.
RAIN: I still haven’t gotten word yet from the G.F.I.C. on when the tournament is going to resume.
SAI: They’re probably still working on the rings and running safety tests on them.
RAV: Not to mention that the mountain ring took the most damage and they’re still assessing the damages.
ARGO: Hold on, I think I can see the boat right there.

Han’s boat came into view of the entire group and they could see Domon, Allenby, Tyler, and Mac at the bow of the ship. Mac was working to get a camera that he and Tyler strapped to the front of the boat for a point-of-view shot when they were going to and from the island. The group were back in their normal clothes as they noticed the gathering at the docks.

ALLENBY: Looks like the gang’s all here now.
DOMON: It would appear to be that way.
MAC: Land ahoy! Your conquering heroes have returned with a huge bounty of fish!
TYLER: Mac, you might want to hand me the camera there before you drop it into the bay.
MAC: Oh, you’re right sorry about that.

The boat had made it to the dock and Han asked Tyler to tie the boat up. Mac was the first one off the boat to greet the huge gathering as Domon and Allenby went to go get the coolers that held all of the fish that they caught.

MAC: Good evening to everyone here. How’s everyone doing tonight?
JESS: Good to see you too Mac.
CHIBODEE: Nice to meet you.
MAC: Sean McAllister, but the lot of you can call me “Mac”.
RAIN: Nice to see you again Mac. Did everything go well on the trip?
MAC: Sure did, we nabbed a big haul and we’re going to cook it all off for dinner tonight.

Tyler just finished up tying up the boat as he headed over to where Mac was to greet the group at the docks.

TYLER: Hey Jess, did you come all this way here to keep Mac and I out of trouble?
JESS: I’m here on business just so you know. Good to see you to Ty.
RAV: Tyler, glad to see that trip was a success.
TYLER: Good to see you too Rav.
GEORGE: You must be Tyler Morgan, right?
TYLER: Yes sir, nice to meet you George.
SAI: Hey Bro! Glad to hear that you’re in one piece!

Domon and Allenby headed over to where the alliance was with the two coolers of fish that they caught on the day. Rain was relieved to see the two of them were alright after the events of the past couple of days; but couldn’t help but feel a bit envious that the two of them spent a lot of time together.

DOMON: Yeah, glad to see you guys here as well.
ALLENBY: Man, these coolers are heavy after today’s haul.
RAIN: Domon, how come you didn’t tell me you were going to be staying at Han’s boat yesterday?
TYLER: They got back at 3 in the morning and they were dead tired, give the guy a break will ya?
ARGO: It was that late…I guess I can’t blame Domon on this one.
GEORGE: Regardless, we’re all very grateful that the two of you got back safe and sound.
DOMON: Thanks George, we really appreciate that.

Rain stood there dumbfounded as the rest of the alliance gave out handshakes and some “bro-hugs” to both Domon and Allenby. Han and his grandkids stepped off the boat to join in on the gathering, and the grandchildren ran straight to Jess.

MING & HOY: Aunt Jessie!!!
JESS: Come on over here you two!
MAC: Heads up, the little ones found Jess.
JESS: I heard the two of you went out fishing with Mac and Ty today?
MING: We did, and we had a really good time!
RAV: I’m looking for the captain of this fine vessel. If he is there, I owe him an ice-cold beer.

Han and Rav gave each other a huge bro-hug as the two of them were old friends. Their friendship came about when Han visited Rav’s shop in Neo Singapore when they were just teenagers and they were working on mobile suits and mobile workers for various clients. Two years ago, he brought his grandchildren to Fortune Valley to aid Rav on a job and that’s when he introduced his grandchildren to Jess, Mac, and Ty.

HAN: It’s so good to see you again old friend.
RAV: Good to see that you’ve been staying active yourself.
HOY: Rav, when do we get to the big fish bake?
TYLER: I’m with the kids on this one, let’s get this party started!
MAC: Now you’re speaking my language here Ty.
CHIBODEE: So what we doing just standing around like the peanut gallery? Let’s get to this thing already!

The entire group let out a huge cheer as they brought all the items from the coolers over to a spot in which Han uses for big gatherings. After all of the fish was prepared in various ways, the group sat down to enjoy the huge meal that was provided. Some of the groups had water or sodas and other had some of the beers that were saved from the fishing trip. As the group got to their seats, Rav stood up to lead in a celebratory toast.

RAV: I just wanted to say this to you all. It’s been quite an eventful couple of days now for all parties involved. We’re more or less defined by what we are faced with, rather than what we have faced. Adversity is what reveals our true strength and throughout the past couple of days we’ve all shown that fact to be truth rather than fiction. Regardless of where we end up when this is all said and done, let’s make sure that tonight is one night we all remember when we’re with friends, family, and living life to its full potential.

Everyone at the table raised their drinks up to the sky as they cheered after Rav’s speech was completed. The various fish that Tyler, Mac, Domon, and Allenby all caught was prepared in various ways from grilling to stir-fry, deep-frying to serving it raw, the spread had a variety of choices to please anyone’s pallet. The fighters shared some of their stories with everyone at the table and so did Tyler, Mac, Jess, and Rav. They even recounted the entire fishing trip, which had notable mention of both Domon and Mac being hit in the face by a fish.

CHIBODEE: So, Neo Japan’s greatest enemy out there was one random fish?
MAC: Looks like he’s getting his retribution him right now.
SAI: This is way better than what I had expected from you sir.
HAN: You’re very welcome young man.
ALLENBY: Ahhh…that hit the spot. Hey Rain, are you feeling OK?
RAIN: I couldn’t help but notice you have your stuff here on the boat. Are you really going to bunk in here with Domon?
ALLENBY: Relax, we’re friends and we know what we might need to do once the tournament is back on track.
DOMON: I’ve got no problem with it at all, you need to learn to just relax once in a while.
TYLER: He’s not wrong there…don’t tell me you have the mind of a dirty bird in that thick head of yours?
RAIN: Wait…w-what?!

The entire table busted out laughing when Tyler implied that Rain could have been thinking dirty thoughts about what could have happened between Domon and Allenby.

MAC: We’ve already killed that theory and Ty just pulled out the golden shovel on Rain.
GEORGE: Mmmm…this tandoori spiced halibut is just divine.
JESS: Whoa Ty, pump the brakes on calling Rain a “dirty bird”.
TYLER: I never said that she was.
ARGO: Tyler, are you and Sean gundam fighters too?
MAC: Independent circuits, but yes we are Argo and the name’s “Mac”.
RAV: Settle it down Tyler and enjoy the night skies. I’ll need you and Mac to help me out on a job tomorrow.
TYLER: Sure, is this about that new model mobile worker that needs to be tested?
MAC: What’s the setup for this mobile worker Rav?
RAV: I’ll fill you in on the details tomorrow.

Tyler, Mac, and Jess headed back to their hotel to crash for the night. Rain had to return to Neo Japan’s facility to assess the data from Burning Gundam. Allenby and Domon crashed for the night and fell fast asleep after everyone else left. As Allenby was sleeping through the night, she started to have a flashback of the time that she spent with her younger brother before their parents’ deaths.

YOUNG RJ: What are you doing sis?
YOUNG ALLENBY: Finishing up mom’s birthday present.
YOUNG RJ: Can I see what it is?
YOUNG ALLENBY: Sure, just be very careful with it.

As Allenby was struggling to find a good position to sleep, another flashback occurred after their parents’ death. Allenby was trying to find her little brother when she got picked up by one of Neo Sweden’s military researchers and was taking her to their facility for the sole purpose of becoming a gundam fighter. Allenby’s fist was starting to clench at her sheets when one more vision came in the form of eyes from the Dark Gundam itself, activating and that image alone woke her up from her sleep at 5:00 in the morning.

ALLENBY: (internally) What was that all about? I’ve never felt anything like that before, not even the berserker system made me wake up like this.

Allenby then looked at her right hand and her crest was glowing, as this was an indicator that something is going wrong at this moment or in the future. Allenby then got out of bed and changed into her normal attire, making sure that Domon didn’t wake up. As Allenby was about to set off, she took one last look at Domon and just gave him a nod.

ALLENBY: (internally) Something’s coming Domon and I’m not going to sit around and wait for what might happen.

With that in mind, Allenby then leapt from the boat onto the docks and made her way to the city in a fast pace. Back at the Neo Sweden team hangar, Noble Gundam was able to activate on its own and started to take off to the skies. One of the Neo Sweden crew members saw the gundam take off and was in both fear and amazement of what had just transpired. As Allenby was running down the streets in the harbor district, she then noticed a familiar light coming towards her. Noble Gundam made a smooth landing right in front of Allenby, as she turned to face her own gundam.

ALLENBY: Hey there old friend, I guess you didn’t want me going out alone now did you? Since you came all this way out to give me a hand; I’ll be more than willing to accept your offer.

Allenby stepped onto the hand of Noble Gundam and was raised up to the cockpit of the machine. Allenby then made a leap into the cockpit with relative ease and the doors behind her closed. The mobile trace system was starting to make its way down to Allenby. As the fighting suit was starting to take form on Allenby, there was a bit of a struggle as it is common for all fighters as the suit is a form fitting costume. As Allenby clenched her fist, the suit took form of her arms and when she raised her foot up; a high heeled boot was formed after she stepped back down onto the main platform. Allenby then formed a heart with her hands over the jewel broach and a ribbon came to form as she released her hands. After a deep breath, Allenby then took the keychain that Tyler gave her and attached it to one of the computers that was on the mobile trace system.

ALLENBY: Whatever is going on out there, there’s no way I’m going to let anything happen to you or my friends. Hang on little brother, I’m coming!

One by one, parts of Noble Gundam’s head began to form on Allenby’s face from the crown antenna, to the actual head unit, to the battle mask, and finally the eyes of the gundam as it lit up which gave Allenby full control of Noble Gundam.

ALLENBY: Noble Gundam, Allenby Beardsley heading out!

With that said, Noble Gundam took off to the skies and headed back to the rift site. One by one, the rest of the Shuffle Alliance noticed that their crests started to go off as well to let them know that something dangerous is in play. Domon woke up to see that Allenby had already left for the rift and as he looked to his crest, he knew that their theory on the Dark Gundam was true.

DOMON: (internally) I should have known that beating the Dark Gundam shouldn’t have been that easy and if the Dark Gundam is still around…

Domon didn’t even hesitate to get ready and to round up the rest of the alliance to head off to the rift with their gundams. Domon met up with the alliance at the park so they can put their heads together and form a plan as to not only figure out if the Dark Gundam was still around; but to make sure that Allenby was not running head first into danger.

GEORGE: I take it you all noticed your crests started to glow?
SAI: Sure did, so that mean’s the Dark Gundam is here in Neo Hong Kong after all.
CHIBODEE: Not surprised about that as I am shocked that its even here in the first place.
ARGO: I did notice some weird energy abnormalities back at the rift site on my way over here.
GEORGE: That could explain why the locals were having intermittent power issues.
DOMON: Glad you all could make it, so there’s no need for me to ask the obvious question is there?
CHIBODEE: Not realy Neo Japan, we figured that one out pretty quick.
SAI: Hey wait a minute, where’s Allenby?
ARGO: I did get a report that Neo Sweden’s gundam left their hangar on its own. You don’t think that…
DOMON: Hate to be the bearer of bad news; but Allenby just went off to the rift site on her own.

The reactions from the entire group were of a nervous shock as they are really concerned that Allenby could get seriously hurt or even killed out there. As much as they wanted to get out there, they knew that they couldn’t rush things and had to formulate a plan before setting off.

GEORGE: Was there anything you and Allenby encountered in the rift the first time the two of you were down there?
DOMON: We did have an encounter with a Dark Gundam, not the Dark Gundam. We did end up having to fight it off and we defeated it with relative ease and as it was on its knees, it transformed into a gundam we only saw in a vision that the gundam provided for us.
SAI: You basically fought, but not fought the Dark Gundam last time?
CHIBODEE: Sounds like it, but I’m not too sure if I believe it myself.
ARGO: Was there anything else that either you or Allenby could recall that could help out in this situation?
DOMON: There is one thing that Allenby did mention to me before the fishing trip. Allenby revealed to me that she has or had a little brother.

The revelation that Allenby might have a sibling caused a huge shock to the alliance as they, like everyone else in the tournament, were unaware that Allenby even had a sibling. George quickly put the pieces together and came up with a sound hypothesis.

GEORGE: If what Allenby revealed to you turns out to be the truth, then there is a possibility that her brother might still be alive. With what transpired over the last few days, my guess is that whatever caused the rift opening has a direct relation to both the Dark Gundam and Allenby’s missing brother. I think that Allenby’s intent on finding her brother; but there is a risk that she could end up going head to head with the Dark Gundam.
CHIBODEE: So, what you’re saying is that we need to head over to the rift A.S.A.P. to prove both theories to be true?
DOMON: We don’t have any other options at this point and this is the most solid theory we have at this time.
ARGO: So it’s decided then?
SAI: Huh? Guys, we’ve got company!

A bright spotlight came down on all five fighters as each of them made it to their core landers and sped off into the streets of the city. Several RX-78 model mobile suits in a dark gray scheme came after the five in pursuit. Over at the rift site, Allenby stood over the edge of the opening she fell in. Looking at her crest again, she knew in her mind that this was her best shot and finding her brother.

ALLENBY: The energy readings from the site are off the charts. What could be causing this much energy to radiate out like this? No time to ask an engineer about this, I’ve got to find my brother.

With that said, she made the leap down into the cavern again. Noble Gundam landed with relative ease as Allenby took in the surroundings once again. Allenby’s crest pointed her to a new path she had yet to explore in the cavern. Without any hesitation, Allenby proceeded down the path in full flight. Back on the surface, the alliance had their own issue to deal with before they could rendezvous with Allenby.

CHIBODEE: Where did these guys show up from?
DOMON: We can handle this, divide and conquer and then we’ll go for the rift.
ARGO: Understood.
GEORGE: Copy that.
SAI: Whoa-whoa…what the hell?
DOMON: What’s going on Sai Saici?
SAI: Wait a minute. OK I’m good, some random chopper flashed a floodlight on me and I started to lose control of my lander.
CHIBODEE: Are you good?
SAI: Ducked under an overpass and I’m back online. Watch out for that spotlight guys.

As the group managed to break off on various roads, it became clear to them that someone did not want them going back to the rift site and there was no police presence in the area.

GEORGE: Whatever happened to Sai happened from that helicopter so I would stay away from it at all costs.
ARGO: Grrrr…damn it!
DOMON: Argo?
ARGO: Sorry about that, just made it through a barricade. Tight fit though.

As the landers were making their way through the streets of the city, the helicopter got a bead on Domon’s core lander and was set on shutting him down.

HOUSE PILOT: Air-7 to control, I have a bead on one of the fighter’s core landers. Initiating Skyhammer.
DOMON: Guys, the choppers on me now and he’s messing with my core lander. I need to get out of that spotlight.
ARGO: There’s a roundabout by the city arena Domon, Sai Saici and I will catch you there.

Domon was struggling to keep his core lander mobile as the chopper was wreaking havoc on his systems. Domon made it to the city arena underpass and that’s when his core lander abruptly shut down.

DOMON: Not now, my core lander’s down. Argo?
ARGO: C’mon ugly come over here!
DOMON: I’m back online and heading for the rift. Thanks Argo.
SAI: We’ll take care of this guy bro, just meet us there.

Domon got his core lander back online and he made his way to the rift site as Argo and Sai led the chopper down to the construction yard. Back in the cavern, Allenby noticed a small opening on one of the walls of the cavern. The opening was not big enough for Allenby to get through in her Gundam; but it was big enough for her to see out of the opening. Allenby got on her stomach and got her head to look through the opening. What Allenby saw was various machines going through a hidden underground hangar that was not too far away from the mountain arena. Some of the machines were repairing the damages that the rift opening caused, and some were scanning various test subjects. Allenby magnified the image of the test subjects and they were in fact Neo Italy’s Michello Chariot and Neo England’s Gentle Chapman in the first two tanks. The third tank’s test subject was the one that caused the most questions to come out from Allenby, as the subject was an exact clone of her.

ALLENBY: (internally) What the…they actually made an exact clone of me? More importantly, what are Michello and Chapman doing all the way down here?

Before Allenby could begin to form a hypothesis, two people came down from an elevator not too far from where the test subjects were. Allenby adjusted her camera and managed to pick up the audio from the two-unknown people.

???: I trust that we haven’t lost anything from the incident a few days ago.
ULUBE: I assure you my good friend, I’ve been on top of this situation while the prime minister is off playing politician over in Zurich.
???: The house understands your stake in all of this and we are making sure that nothing or no one will stand in your way.
ULUBE: I’m glad that we can come to an agreement on that Collector.

Allenby quickly remembered the tale that she heard the first time she was down there and quickly determined that Ulube was in fact the big mastermind behind everything from Dr. Kasshu’s imprisonment to killing off Domon’s mother.

ALLENBY: So it is true, Ulube was behind all of what happened to Domon. Now who on Earth is this “collector” guy anyway?

Ulube and the collector turned to look at the three subjects and then looked to their left to find the Dark Gundam still in repairs from the battle in Venezuela. The mere sight of the Dark Gundam confirmed the worst fears for the entire alliance in that they were not done with the Dark Gundam just yet; and Allenby was the first one to witness it all unfold.

COLLECTOR: The repairs on the Dark Gundam are coming along smoothly, despite the incident three days ago. You have been true to your word General.
ULUBE: There is one piece of data that caught my attention and I’m surprised that Prime Minister Wong took this long to figure it out.
COLLECTOR: And pray tell, what could this piece of data could be?
ULUBE: From what Wong has gathered, he has determined that the life core unit can only be accessed by one who can sustain life.
COLLECTOR: In plain English, only a woman can unlock the true potential of the Dark Gundam.
ULUBE: That is indeed correct and I have the perfect candidate for the Dark Gundam in mind.

Allenby knew exactly who Ulube was referring to as the “perfect candidate” for the Dark Gundam and she made sure to record the entire conversation between both Ulube and the Collector. Schwarz was also in the hangar as he eavesdropped in on the conversation between the two and his thoughts matched Allenby’s one-for-one.

SCHWARZ: It’s as I thought, they’ve retrieved the Dark Gundam and they’re already making plans to use Rain as their endgame. I can’t allow this to happen.
ALLENBY: (internally) Domon, you were right to think that we’ve not seen the last of the Dark Gundam and now your partner is in great danger. I just hope that we’re not too late to discover this…

Before the Collector can get a copy of the data on the Dark Gundam, a series of explosions went off behind that alerted some guards that Ulube and the Collector brought with them for security. Allenby backed off from the opening and continued to head down on the path that she was on to avoid getting in combat. Schwarz moved around at lightning speed to sabotage the operation as much as he can. Back on the surface, Argo and Sai went down a spillway to get out of sight from the chopper that tried to take down Domon.

CHIBODEE: Executive decision time guys, we need to get out of town. Whoever these guys are they’re not playing around.
GEORGE: I concur, we need to make for the rift as soon as possible.
ARGO: We’re headed down the spillway. The chopper shouldn’t be that rash to follow us down here.
SAI: Are you sure about that Mister?

The chopper started to recive radio chatter from an unknown female voice that was working with the Collector.

???: Air-7 why aren’t you following those landers?
HOUSE PILOT: No can do miss, the spillway is too narrow for my blades.
???: That’s a shame, I’m going to get in touch with Ulube and see if he can’t get someone actually qualified.
HOUSE PILOT: That won’t be necessary ma’am, I can handle this.
???: That’s what I thought.

The entire alliance was taken back when they heard the name Ulube come through the radio and Domon’s fears were confirmed that he had direct involvement with what happened to his parents.

ARGO: Tell me I didn’t just hear that…
DOMON: I knew it…Ulube is behind all of this.
SAI: If that’s the case, then things are about to get really ugly.

Argo took the higher path in the spillway and Sai took the lower path, crisscrossing at times and causing some of the house gundams to collide with each other. The chopper started to flash his floodlight onto Argo and Sai.

HOUSE PILOT: Killswitching the target landers.
SAI: He’s on us, does anyone have a plan?
GEORGE: There’s an overpass at the end of the drain. Meet us over there.
ARGO: Roger that.

As Argo and Sai made their way down the spillway, the chopper was on them the entire way until they made it to the overpass by the end of the drain.

SAI: Guys we’re coming in hot so get ready!
ARGO: We’re clear, go for it!

George and Chibodee passed by Argo and Sai and both landers manage to clip a crane that sent an I-beam over to the chopper causing it to lose control momentarily.

CHIBODEE: See ya later jerk!
GEORGE: That should give the two of you breathing room.
ARGO: Thank you, we’re heading for the rift now.
SAI: Does hyperventilating count as breathing?

Back inside the caverns, Allenby made her way to an alcove that had more test subjects than what she saw back in the opening. All of the subjects were in test tubes suspended in a green liquid substance. The look on Allenby’s face was that of fear and it was more than justified.

ALLENBY: Oh no…please don’t be in one of these things…

Allenby made her way down to a lower area of the alcove before she tripped up on some boulders and fell on her face. As soon as she regained her composure, she made her way down the various test tubes in a rapid pace. With each passing subject she felt her heart sinking more and more as she had narrowed down her search by the name of the subject. After what seemed like an eternity, Allenby stopped dead in her tracks to one test tube in particular that matched the search data. Allenby collapsed to her knees as she listened in on what the computer had to say about the subject.

COMPUTER: Richard Jackson Beardsley, NCAN, 072545013115
ALLENBY: N-no…I was too late…

Allenby hunched over in defeat as her worst fears seemed to have come true. Tears were starting to form in her eyes as she let out a huge yell. All the work that Allenby worked for seemed to be for naught as she was sobbing in denial. After a brief moment to pause, Allenby noticed that the numbers of her birth date were slightly off.

ALLENBY W-wait…my birthday is all wrong. Wait a minute, this is a message! I just need to decipher the code, but how…of course!

Allenby then took the series of numbers and ran an algorithm that Dr. Belamy used when he did a mental check on Allenby back when the berserker system was being used on her. The algorithm ran the series of numbers through multiple frequencies until the following numbers showed up on her screen.

COMPUTER: 34 N, 52 W
ALLENBY: These are coordinates, he’s still alive…

Allenby then took off to the coordinates, but unbeknownst to her someone else was tailing Allenby in the caverns. Back out on the surface, Chibodee and George were making their way past downtown when the chopper came back but was now struggling to stay in the air.

CHIBODEE: Oh, come on…what’s it going to take to get this guy off of us?
GEORGE: At least we gave it a good beating.
CHIBODEE: You’re right, one good hit should take it out.

Chibodee and George made their way past Fighter’s Village and one of the RX-78s took out a huge billboard featuring the prime minister.

CHIBODEE: Damn it, they’ve got lakeside on lockdown. Let’s try and lose them in the alleys.
GEORGE: We might be OK due to the fact that chopper is heavily restricted in an alley.
CHIBODEE: Considering who’s bankrolling the pilot, not too sure about that.

The chopper pilot was struggling to get into the alley when the mysterious lady contacted the pilot again.

???: Air-7 you’re out of excuses you will stay on those landers.
HOUSE PILOT: But ma’am…
???: The House will be watching. If you don’t follow those landers, you’d better find a different city to live in.

The chopper pilot had a hard time moving around in the alleys which allowed Chibodee and George to give him the slip.

GEORGE: I take it back, this guy is just insane.
CHIBODEE: What did I tell ya?
DOMON: Where are you guys, I’m about to hit the beltway.
GEORGE: We’re coming up behind you in just a few moments.
CHIBODEE: Isn’t the highway past this point under heavy construction?
ARGO: It is, what’s your plan?
SAI: There’s a ton of equipment out…oh I see what you want to do.
DOMON: Let’s do it!

The entire alliance all gathered together on the beltway and led the enforcers off through the construction-heavy highway and they could not get a decent amount of footing nor any clear angles to attack the alliance. The chopper pilot just got his floodlight onto George and Chibodee’s core landers as they made their way down the highway. While there was a slight amount of struggle, the pilot had to pull out due to the fact that there was a tunnel coming up ahead.

HOUSE PILOT: Air-7 to control, lost visual on subjects.
???: No! Get on the other side and body block them.
CHIBODEE: I’ve had it up to here with this pilot.
GEORGE: Carried, unanimously.

Chibodee then drifted towards the chopper and a RX-78 suit slammed into the chopper, causing it to crash behind them. The entire alliance then sped off to the rift site to catch up with Allenby. Back in the rift, Allenby arrived at the coordinates only to seemingly find a dead end. Allenby then noticed that her gundam was floating rather than having its feet on the ground.

ALLENBY: Something must be generating gravity nearby. This almost feels like the first time I was in a doubles match with Domon; but this time I’m floating rather than being pulled to the ground.

Allenby then picked up a boulder with her hand and just simply dropped in in place. The boulder then made a sudden stop at a point in the floor of the cavern. Allenby then took a scan of the floor and it revealed a hidden door. As the door opened up, Allenby took a look down below and saw that the hidden door led her to an area that is unfamiliar to her. Noble Gundam slowly made its descent into the room and there was a huge screen that had security camera footage, data collection algorithms, audio logs, the works.

ALLENBY: This must be some sort of top secret spy facility or something.

Before Allenby could even get a chance to look over the data, a figure showed up behind her with a extended staff. Allenby was quick to notice that the figure was about to attack her, so she dodged the initial swing. The figure continued to pursue Allenby as she ran up a post to do a backflip. Allenby then pulled out her beam ribbon to attack her pursuer, but he noticed her attack coming and snatched the ribbon with his staff and slammed her to the ground. Allenby quickly dodged an attack that was coming for her head. The assailant was ready to attack Allenby again before she got a quick question in.

ALLENBY: Who are you and what have you done to my brother?!

The question stopped the assailant dead in his tracks and Allenby took that chance to use a small mega coil to hit the assailant in the head. The blow knocked his mask of and put him on his knees. Allenby was ready to charge up a burning finger attack, but the assailant turned his head to reveal a young man with the same hair color and eyes as Allenby. Allenby stopped her attack and her eyes widened as the young man was in fact her little brother.

RJ: Allenby?
ALLENBY: RJ?

Allenby then lowered her fist as RJ got up to his feet. Both siblings looked at each other for a little moment and then embraced one another after Allenby canceled out the burning finger. Tears of joy were forming on both siblings’ eyes as they have not seen each other since they were the ages of Ming and Hoy.

ALLENBY: I knew it…even though they said you died…I-I knew you were out there.
RJ: If this is a dream, do me a favor and don’t wake me up right now.
ALLENBY: Just the thought of you being alive kept me going and it made me achieve the impossible.
RJ: I’ve got to ask, how did you figure out that I was down here?
ALLENBY: It’s kind of a long story, you wouldn’t happen to know of the Shuffle Alliance wouldn’t you?
RJ: Of course I’ve heard of that group.
ALLENBY: Well…I’m now one of them.
RJ: Seriously…you’re now a member of the Shuffle Alliance…that’s way too awesome!

As the two of them celebrated their reunion, the other mysterious figure stepped in from the shadows ready to challenge the two siblings.

???: What a touching reunion.
ALLENBY: Who are you?
???: Who I am is of little importance, I’m just here to collect the bounty on your brother RJ. Now add in Allenby Beardsley and the Noble Gundam, oh what a day it is indeed.
RJ & ALLENBY: Fat chance pal.
ALLENBY: Let’s show this guy what the Beardsleys are made of.
???: Looks to me like you’re made of meat, just like everyone else!

the bounty hunter came at both fighters and used his electro-whip to stun Allenby for a few moments, as Noble Gundam came down to the floor.

RJ: Hands of my sister you punk!

RJ then used his extended staff to attack the bounty hunter, but he used his whips in a windmill-like fashion to deflect the attack.

???: You’re both worth more to me alive rather than dead. I guess I’ll take something over nothing!

The bounty hunter then wrapped his whips to RJ to electrocute him, but Allenby used her mega coil to separate the two of them. Allenby then used her beam ribbon to swing at the bounty hunter and she kicked him in the face, as she made her way up to a higher level.

???: You’d have to do more than that to stop me!

The bounty hunter and Allenby traded blows up on top for a few moments before Allenby came back down and dashed her way back from another attack from the electro-whips. RJ noticed that the whips were running on a direct current and thought of a quick solution.

RJ: Allenby, the panel to your right!

Allenby did what RJ instructed and one of the whips was tied up to the exposed panel. The bounty hunter noticed that his whip was now stuck, and he couldn’t get it out.

ALLENBY: RJ, go for it!

The bounty hunter then launched his whip at RJ, but he ducked out of the way and the whip tied itself to a post. RJ then used his momentum to pull back on the staff and strike at the electro-whip. This caused a massive shock that stunned the bounty hunter. RJ and Allenby both charged at the bounty hunter and both fighter managed to knock him out with two fits.

ALLENBY: Nice thinking brother, using the whip on the gravitational field.
RJ: It was all a matter of completing the circuit which you pulled of well.
ALLENBY: Think mom and dad would be proud of us right now?
RJ: Right now, I’ve got the coolest older sister in the entire planet. I think they’d love nothing more than to see that sight.

RJ then noticed the keychain that Tyler got for Allenby and then pulled his keychain out of his pocket.

RJ: (internally) Tyler Morgan, you never cease to amaze me, do you?
DOMON: Allenby do you read me?
ALLENBY: Domon? Where are you?
DOMON: We’re above the rift opening and we’ve got ourselves in a bit of a jam here.
RJ: Looks like The House came to play.
ALLENBY: Sit tight Domon, we’re on our way.


RJ got on a special bracer device that housed his fighting suit as his mobile trace system was already activated in his gundam. RJ then activated the bracer, which in turn, materialized his fighting suit. The suit also had a special helmet that RJ wore on occasions and he felt it was appropriate to start his first fight with his sister appropriately.

ALLENBY: I guess you and I have our tastes.
RJ: You’ve got the pretty guardian gundam so if anyone complains about my look, they can just kiss my ass.
ALLENBY: Allenby Beardsley, Noble Gundam taking off!
RJ: RJ Beardsley, Burning Strike Gundam taking off!

Both fighters then launched from the hidden room and made it straight to the surface where the shuffle alliance was struggling against the house enforcers. Allenby and RJ came up right behind were Sai and Chibodee were and they went to work dispatching the various enforcers that were sent after the shuffle alliance. The rest of the alliance, with the exception of Domon, were surprised to find Allenby and a new male fighter side by side.

SAI: Who’s the new guy?
CHIBODEE: And what’s up with you Allenby?
ALLENBY: Don’t worry about it, I’ll explain my actions soon enough.
RJ: Right now, we’ve got some House grunts that need to be taught a lesson.

RJ and Allenby then charged at the mob of house enforcers and started unleashing some of their signature moves. Allenby used her mega coil to take out a few of the enforcers and RJ was using his Muay Thai technique against a few enforcers of his own. The rest of the alliance was absolutely amazed at what they were seeing out of the Beardsley siblings.

GEORGE: Whoever that is with Allenby I can say this, that kid can fight.
ARGO: Are we going to get shown up by these two now?
SAI: Fat chance of that happening Mister.
CHIBODEE: I’ve got a bone to pick with a few of them.
DOMON: OK then guys, let’s end this here and now!

The rest of the alliance jumped in and dealt with the remaining enforcers before the bounty hunter came out to finish the job he had started. The alliance saw this and moved out of the way of his electro-whips.

???: I-I’m not finished with you yet you little brats.
ARGO: Well now, we’ve got the head of all of these goons.
???: The money that Navarro paid me for your heads is going to up once I bring you all down.
RJ: Well that’s just not going to happen, regardless of where we all came from or what we’ve achieved there’s one bond that unites us all as fighters.
ALLENBY: And that bond that we all share is something I want to keep for as long as I am here. This doesn’t change the fact that all of us are family!

Allenby then activated her hyper mode which was a big shock to the rest of the alliance. RJ then rang the bell three times to enter a hyper mode of his own. Both fighters were ready to take down this unruly bounty hunter.

ALLENBY: THIS HAND OF MINE IS BURNING RED!
RJ: ITS LOUD ROAR TELLS ME TO GRASP VICTORY!

Allenby then launched into the air as RJ began to charge up his fist. Both fighters were about to unleash their ultimate attacks on the bounty hunter.

ALLENBY: NOBLE MOON WAVE!!!
RJ: RISING STRIKE!!!

Allenby then used her newly attained attack to unleash a crescent beam attack onto the bounty hunter, while RJ used his elbows to form a V and then used his right hand to punch the emblem right at the bounty hunter. Both blows connected to the bounty hunter and his mobile suit was rendered incapacitated. Both fighters turned back from their hyper mode state to their normal states in which Allenby revealed her FireHeart crest to the alliance.

ALLENBY: I guess the secret’s out guys, I’m one of you now.
CHIBODEE: That was just awesome!
SAI: Welcome to the club Allenby.
ARGO: Glad to have you with us now.
GEORGE: Thank you for assisting us sir, do you mind if you tell us your name.
DOMON: That won’t be necessary George, I already know who this guy is.
RJ: Oh right…I forget to take this thing off from time to time, I just get into the character way too much.
